Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

The Generations for Seniors Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is recommended either as a transition from an inpatient program or direct admission from home for those with moderate to severe behavioral health or substance use issues. The program provides support, structure and treatment to help prevent deterioration, relapse or hospitalization.
